(AGI) has prepared this Work Plan for the properties located at 826 <br /> North California Street and 517 East Flora Street, Stockton, California 95202 (site or <br /> subject property). This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) application for drilling permit. A plan of <br /> the site with proposed soil boring locations is presented in Figure 1. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> As part of a potential property transfer, AGI will advance borings at the site for the <br /> collection of soil and soil-vapor samples. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES <br /> AGI proposes to advance a total of four (4) soil borings at the site. The borings will be <br /> advanced on APN 139-175-180-000 and 139-175-120-000 and to depths of 5 feet below <br /> surface grade (bsg) for the collection of soil and soil-vapor samples. Proposed boring <br /> locations are illustrated in Figure 1. <br /> 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment drilling permits will be obtained from the EHD. Also, a site- <br /> specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared prior to field work. Prior to mobilization, <br /> each soil probe boring location will be clearly marked, and a utility clearance obtained <br /> through Underground Service Alert (USA/811).
