Page 5 <br /> K) January 24,2025 <br /> 6rusca File No. 260-004 Additional Groundwater Monitoring Well Workplan <br /> LABORATORY TESTING <br /> The groundwater sample collected from the completed additional monitoring well will be <br /> transported to a State-certified laboratory for analysis. The groundwater sample will be analyzed <br /> for gasoline, diesel, and motor oil-range petroleum hydrocarbons by EPA Method 8015B and <br /> volatile organic compounds(VOCs)by EPA Method 8260B, including the fuel oxygenate MTBE. <br /> Internal laboratory QA/QC data will be presented along with the laboratory report. <br /> REPORT <br /> Following the installation of the additional groundwater monitoring well, initial groundwater <br /> sampling, and the analytical testing, we will prepare a summary report which will include: <br /> descriptions of our procedures and observations; scaled site plan drawings; the monitoring well <br /> log; the laboratory data; survey data; discussion regarding the results; and, the signature and <br /> stamp of the Professional Geologist in charge of the project. The report will be submitted to the <br /> CVRWQCB and will be uploaded to the State Water Resources Control Board's GeoTracker <br /> database. <br /> CLOSING <br /> This Workplan will be submitted to the CVRWQCB for review and comment prior to <br /> implementing the work.
