I invite you to update your records. <br /> I've gone ahead and addressed the Violations you described below: <br /> -A copies of current financial responsibility documents are required to be <br /> maintained on site. <br /> A current CFO letter and CFR have been uploaded into CERS. <br /> -Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within <br /> the required time frame in the future. <br /> Please find the attached May and June DO reports that include Owner/Operator <br /> comments and signatures.We will be more vigilant signing copies of the DO <br /> reports within the allotted time frame. Copies are being delivered to the facility. <br /> -Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records <br /> for the last three years on site. <br /> Please find the attached Overfill Protection Test report drafted in 2024. This <br /> report is being delivered to the facility. <br /> I've also included the Return to Compliance certificate that specifies our correct action. <br /> Thank you for your assistance.
