Facility has not submitted/certified the <br /> business for the 2025 year. The business plan last submittal was made on 2/24/2024.The inventory section was not accepted <br /> on 3/12/2024 and no corrections have been made since then. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may <br /> be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is Repeated (Class 2) Violation. <br /> OVERALL NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> Conducted in an office inspection by reviewing the facility annual California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)submittal <br /> dates.
