Borba Road, Stockton, CA 95206 PERMIT# WP0042778, -9 <br /> The Environmental Health Department recently reviewed the records on the above address <br /> and found that a water sample is still pending. <br /> ❑x Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)requires well sampling as <br /> part of the permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin <br /> County Well Standards section 9-9.2.1*states 'To determine quality of water produced by a <br /> new water well, it shall be sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis <br /> after development,the installation of the wellpump,and disinfection."The cost of sampling <br /> was included with the well permit issuance. <br /> ❑x Pump Inspection needed: <br /> The Environmental Health Department recently reviewed the records for 7806 S.
