Code, Section 9-1115.3. —Well/Pump Permit Required) <br /> Corrective Action: Complete pump permit. Permit fee is $179. Submit to 1868 E. Hazelton <br /> Ave. Stockton, CA 95205. Note: Permit Fees increase on 7/1/2026 <br /> ❑x Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part <br /> of the permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards section 9-9.2.1* states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, <br /> it shall be sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the <br /> installation of the well pump, and disinfection."
