ID numbers <br /> are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/to <br /> obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 14 CA Health and Safety Code 25404(e)(4)3010036-Program data reported electronically, and accurately,when <br /> required. <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. Hazardous waste generator was added to the business activities <br /> in CERS during the inspection. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine HW Inspection <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, May 2, 2025.
