Contractors, suppliers To ensure our contractors, suppliers, and vendors adhere to the HHM and vendors Program when performing their duties, the Store Manager must advise them of the following procedures: • Hazardous wastes cannot be disposed of in the municipal trash • If a spilled material is identified, the contractor, supplier, or vendor must immediately secure the area and contact a Designated HHM Associate. They must not attempt to clean up the spill themselves. • While stocking in Outside Garden fertilizer aisles, it is acceptable to patch broken bags in accordance with the markdown policy as long as the requirements of the Fertilizer Bag Patch Program are met. Any spill of fertilizer must be swept up at once, a Garden Associate Roles and Responsibilities at the store Listed below are the associate HHM responsibilities by title.
