SANsJOAQUIN AMENDED Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY 8/6/2025 <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: TAuqust <br /> ate: <br /> Frontier California Inc.: Manteca CO 1430 W Center ST, Manteca 05, 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 24 CA Code of Regulations 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f) 2030003 - Leak detection system maintains continuous monitoring <br /> that activates an audible and visual alarm <br /> OBSERVATION: The monitoring panel malfunctioned and is no longer operational in its current state. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop <br /> the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the <br /> failed component with a functional component(LG 113-x listed, if applicable), and obtain a permit within one business <br /> day from the EHD, if needed. <br /> If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 25 CA Code of Regulations 2631(g), 2632(c)(2) 2030016 -Annular space of USTs are continuously monitored with an <br /> audible and visual alarm system (TCR 9d) <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel annular sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested and, therefore, the <br /> tank is not monitored. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an audible <br /> and visual alarm system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected on-site. The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel annular sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested and, therefore, the <br /> tank is not monitored.
