State Route 88, Stockton 95215 and WP#0044923 <br /> The Environmental Health Department recently reviewed the records on the above address and found that a <br /> pump permit has not yet been obtained, and a water sample is still pending. The well was drilled by Masellis <br /> Drilling on October 10, 2023. <br /> • Lack of pump permit, to be obtained by owner or contractor. <br /> (SJC Ord. Code, Section 9-1115.3. —Well/Pump Permit Required) <br /> Corrective Action: Complete pump permit. Permit fee is $179. Submit to 1868 E. Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205. Note: Permit Fees increase on 7/1/2026 <br /> • Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part of the <br /> permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County Well Standards section <br /> 9-9.2.1* states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, it shall be sampled by the <br /> EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the installation of the well pump, and <br /> disinfection."
