All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Some of the paper towel dispensers throughout the facility are: empty, misfed or in disrepair. Properly <br />supply or repair paper towel dispensers to proper by 1 week. <br />Many dispensers refills on site during inspection. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the restrooms is 70-80F. Increase the temperature of the water at the restroom hand sinks <br />to the range of 100-108F. Correct by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br />times. (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The floor in the Bakery walk-in cooler has puddled/pooling water. Identify the source of the water (determine <br />if it is a leak) and repaid as needed. <br />There is some milk spillage on the floor of the dairy walk-in cooler. Clean and sanitize today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br />original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
