I just want you to be aware that linoleum flooring is <br /> not approved, but since it's already installed we will not have you change it. In the future, if the flooring <br /> is in need of repair then we may require you to replace the flooring with commercial grade flooring. <br /> Below is my comments regarding the IPCP: <br /> 1. Section E does not describe how the procedure site is prepared for a body art procedure. <br /> 2. Section H mentions the sharps container will be transported and disposed at the landfill. <br /> However,this is not an approved disposal method.The sharps container can only be disposed <br /> by a licensed sharps waste hauler or by a mail-back system. <br /> 3. Section L does not apply to your facility. Please remove the time,temperature and PSI <br /> information. <br /> 4. Section N = FYI the paper towel dispenser must be mounted and touchless. <br /> 5. Section R does not apply to the facility. Please remove the information. <br /> Please update the information on the IPCP and resubmit.
