Remain vigilant of <br />moving vehicles or equipment in area, face <br />oncoming vehicles to extent practical. <br />Wear protective gloves and safety glasses as <br />described below when checking under hood or <br />tires. Use TRACK and keep hands clear when <br />opening/closing hood, trunk, or tailgate to <br />avoid crush or pinch hazard. <br />Ensure all cargo is properly secured to prevent <br />movement while the vehicle is in operation. <br />This includes cargo in the cab of the vehicle. <br />1 Perform walk around of vehicle with particular <br />attention to tire inflation and condition. Check <br />lights, wipers, seatbelts for proper operating <br />condition. Properly adjust seat and mirrors <br />prior to vehicle operation.
