Revised CDCR SI WP AddendumObjectives: <br />Remedial Design and Implementation: GW <br />extraction well installed in shallow zone in the vicinity <br />of suspected plume mass near AMW-22 on the <br />CDCR property. Hydro testing of EX-1, installed ~140 <br />ft SE of AMW-22, indicates a source area <br />investigation is necessary to understand the lateral <br />and vertical extent of the VOC plume mass in the <br />central portion of the property and identify the higher <br />permeability soils to target for effective remedial <br />design. <br />CDCR SI Phase 1: Plume Mass Investigation <br />Advanced seven (7) CPT boring locations, collected <br />grab GW samples from shallow/intermediate zones, <br />and install/sample multi-depth SV probes. <br />CDCR SI Phase 2: Plume Mass Delineation <br />Adaptive approach to laterally/vertically define GW <br />and SV impacts based on the results of Phase 1. <br />Well installations based on findings, collect soil <br />samples if necessary. <br />Total VOCs in GW: 2Q21 <br />AMW-22
