Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a)slgov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Secondary containment testing on the 87 STP sump <br /> b. Secondary piping test: Soap test of all piping and penetrations (product, vapor recovery, <br /> and vent), and pressure test, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> c. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> d. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service <br /> Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC) <br /> 1868 E.
