Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> rp for to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ustO-sjgov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Visual inspection of UDC 'h piping and penetration fittings for possible leaks. <br /> b. Primary piping test: Pressure testing hydrostatically at 150% of design operating <br /> pressure. If the calculated test pressure is less than 40 psi, 40 psi shall be used as the <br /> test pressure. Testing must be conducted in accordance with manufacturer <br /> specifications and California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23. <br /> c. Secondary piping test: Soap test and pressure test of vapor recovery piping and <br /> penetrations in accordance with manufacturer specifications. <br /> 4. Any individual installing underground storage systems or components must possess, or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at <br /> all times while work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board (CSLB) <br /> • A current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> ([CC) <br /> 1868 E.
