The Veeder-Root Isotrol 1-8 Control Box is not functional, will not allow the STP Motor to shutdown
when there is no Pump Signal. Would not allow for the 87 MLLD to be tested.
AST Sensors and TLM Probes will require a return trip, requiring Fall Protection to test.
Completion Notes:
09/25 Checked in with site manager Pete before beginning work. Here today to inspect 87 Relay for Positive Shutdown. Site
was closed down temporarily for troubleshooting. With all nozzles hung up 87 STP was down and not running. Verified good
hook signals for fueling points 1-10 with the STP going up and down. Issue possibly caused by 87 relay getting stuck during
time of testing. Verified correct voltage in and out of iso-control box currently. Relay contacts clean and do not appear
damaged. All components are currently operational and testing of 87MLLD can be scheduled with San Juaquin County. At
that time returning techs can also test remaining AST sensors and ATGs. Checked out with Site manager at time of
departure.
11/09 Arrived onto the site, checked in with management. Explained to management the reason for being present on site.
Present on site to retest the 87 unleaded mechanical line leak detector that failed during the annual monitor certification. San
Juaquin County was notified of the retest. Retested the 87 unleaded mechanical line leak detector. The leak detector passed
with no issues found. The mechanical line leak detector was stickered. San Juaquin County was not present to witness the
retest. Cleaned up all work areas. Monitor certification report was submitted to JCG. The invoice was signed by management
and left at the facility. Checked out with management.
*JOB COMPLETE*
Product Description Order Order
Quantity Uom
Permit Fee Billing Permit Fee - SJCEHD Surcharge 1
