The correct sensor is LS600. <br /> -The Hi / Low sensor was labeled as LS600. The correct sensor is RSU800. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. <br /> The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: <br /> 1) monitoring panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces <br /> or vault; 4) devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring vent piping; 7) <br /> devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under- <br /> dispenser containment; 10) line leak detectors; and 11) devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by September 11, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179). To <br /> schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> **TESTING IS INCOMPLETE" The leak detector has not been tested. The leak detector is due for testing by August <br /> 31, 2025. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours written notification to the EHD.
