<br />1. The website requires sulfuric acid to be shown in pounds. I found a conversion of approximately 10.6 lbs per
<br />gallon of 36% sulfuric acid. I plan to use that (5,300 lbs for each 500 gallon tank) unless you request otherwise.
<br />2. For the two smaller CO2 tanks, you have noted 2,700 lbs but these are listed on-site at 1,944 lbs each. I can put
<br />2,700 lbs if required, but am not clear on the discrepancy. Let me know if I’m missing something.
<br />3. For the diesel generator, we understand this has a 1,749 gallon tank but you are requesting 2,000 gallons. Please
<br />let me know where the 2,000 gallon is listed or if I can keep it at 1,749 gallons.
<br />4. For the Emergency Response and Contingency Plan, you noted many sections that had missing information. I’ve
<br />attached the updated draft document for your review. We’ve updated a few items where it looks like we missed
<br />something, but many items you reference below we thought were complete. Please let me know what I’m
<br />missing.

<br />The site maps look good. But the chemical inventory has not been corrected. 210 gallons of tide soap and 180 gallons of
<br />clorox bleach were found on site that have not been reported. These chemicals were found in the laundry room. Please
<br />add them to the chemical inventory. The max daily for all of the chemicals listed in the chemical inventory is not correct.
<br />Please list the max daily amount as follows; Southeast outside mechanical room 6 tons or 12,000 pounds, Northeast
<br />chemical room sulfuric acid 500 gallons, Southeast chemical room sulfuric Acid 500 gallons, Southeast chemical room
<br />tank 1 sodium hypochlorite 500 gallons, Southeast chemical room tank 2 sodium hypochlorite 500 gallons, Northeast
<br />chemical tank 1 room sodium hypochlorite, Northeast chemical room tank 2 sodium hypochlorite 500 gallons, West of
<br />water park roll up door 2,700 pounds of carbon dioxide, Northeast chemical room, 2,700 pounds of carbon dioxide, and
<br />2,000 gallons of diesel. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's
<br />business plan.

<br />The Emergency response and contingency plan is missing information on line A9, A10, B1, C11, C12, D1, E4, F1, boxes
<br />not marked in G1, H1,H3, i7,i8, and section J. Please make the correction and resubmit the business plan.
