Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2- Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> ra for to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones, <br /> 3- Email notification to usl@signv.org to arrange the following Inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a- Verification of overfill prevention: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 9 % tank volume shut <br /> off. Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and calculations are available for review at the time <br /> of inspection, <br /> b- Verification that ball fIoat(s)- if installed, do not interfere with thte installed flapper valve, <br /> The facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 tank prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4.
