Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br /> to address the water intrusion into the Diesel STP sump under permit and inspection of the EHD, if needed. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 55 CA Code of Regulations 2716(f)2010004-Copies of DO inspections for last 12 months maintained, 36 months for <br /> those after 10/1/18 (TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION: The 1/30/2025 designated operator(DO)inspection reports were not found on site at time of <br /> inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br /> for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1,2018 shall be retained on site for <br /> thirty-six months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br /> inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies of the missing reports to the EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The S14 Vacuum Sensor was repaired on 4/2/2025, notification to the EHD was provided on <br /> 4/11/2025. The No Fee Permit conditions were not followed; notification was not provided with in 1 business day. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD.
