Remove and properly dispose of all solid waste. Submit disposal records to the <br />Environmental Health Department. <br />27 CCR 20530 - Site Security <br />APN 25303015 (Tracy Parcel Three LLC) and APN 25303004 (Harry Shergill) <br />Site is not secured to prevent unauthorized access. <br />Install a fence (or other perimeter barrier) to prevent unauthorized access to the sites. <br /> <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />1. No exposed waste observed at the time of the inspection. <br />2. Vegetation is moderate. Perimeter of property has been cleared and is accessible by <br />vehicle. <br />3. The Corral Hollow Road and I-580 highway interchange may be widened and encroach <br />onto the landfill property. If the property owners or potential buyers are planning any Post <br />Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the site, see Title 27 California Code of Regulations section <br />21190 for PCLU requirements including the PCLU Plan. The Plan shall be submitted to the <br />Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department), the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use agency <br />for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction activities. <br />4. The Corral Hollow Road and I-580 highway interchange may be widened and encroach <br />onto the landfill property. The work may include eminent domain of land for the <br />interchange. An owner or operator of a disposal site who plans to sell, transfer or convey the <br />ownership or operation of the disposal site to a new owner or operator shall notify the Local <br />Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department) and <br />CalRecycle 45 days prior to the anticipated transfer of title. This notification shall include the <br />name(s), address(es) and phone number(s) of the new owner or operator. Title 27 California <br />Code of Regulations section 21200. <br />5. A for sale or for lease sign was posted on the property. The sign was visible from the <br />westbound I-580 Corral Hollow Rd off-ramp. Refer to the regulatory guidance mentioned in <br />item #4 above. <br />6.
