Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Stockton, CA 95206 <br />SR2501683 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br />application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above <br />noted address: <br />•replace the 87 drop tube with shut-off valve (flapper) <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1.Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br />community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2.Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br />3.Email notification to ust@sjgov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br />All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br />a.Verification of overfill prevention: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume shut <br />off. Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and calculations are available for review at the time <br />of inspection. <br />b.Verification that ball float(s), if installed, do not interfere with the installed flapper valve. <br />The facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 tank prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br />4.Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess, or work under the direct <br />and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br />work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br />•One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br />•A current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC <br />•A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br />tested, or the developer of the testing equipment or test method(s) being used <br />1868 E.
