Spill Bucket Testing: <br />a. Spill Buckets are hydrostatically tested. A leak rate is calculated and could indicate a leak <br />within the spill bucket. <br />b. If a leak is detected the contractor will be directed to the leak and a repair of the spill bucket <br />will be completed. <br />Reporting: <br />1. Reports consist of a two-page written document summarizing the data collected at each site. <br />2. Each component in the system is listed and certified individual. <br />3.
