Note: Permit Fees increase on 7/1/2026 <br /> ® Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part of the <br /> permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County Well Standards section <br /> 9-9.2.1* states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, it shall be sampled by the <br /> EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the installation of the well pump, and <br /> disinfection." The cost of sampling was included with the well permit issuance. <br /> Once the pump permit has been obtained, call the inspector listed below to schedule the pump inspection <br /> and water sampling for the well location of 6156 E.
