HARDING WAY, STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, LUST CASE <br /> #390621, ORDER R5-2020-0817 <br /> On 23 October 2020, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central <br /> Valley Water Board) staff issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) for non-compliance with <br /> 13267 Order No. R5-2020-0817 (Order), issued 19 June 2020, for the Hess-Dubois <br /> Cleaners underground storage tank (UST) petroleum release case at 348 W. Harding <br /> Way in Stockton (Site). In response to the NOV, on 7 December 2020 Advanced Geo <br /> Inc. (AGI) submitted via email on your behalf a schedule for completion of the tasks <br /> required in the Order. AGI's proposed schedule is as follows: <br /> REQUIRED TASK PROPOSED <br /> COMPLETION DATE <br /> Submit a Site Assessment and Well Destruction Work Plan 30 December 2020 <br /> Submit a Sensitive Receptor Survey 23 January 2021 <br /> Complete Site assessment and well destruction field activities 30 March 2021 <br /> Perform 1 St quarter 2021 groundwater sampling event 31 March 2021 <br /> Submit a Groundwater Monitoring Report 30 April 2021 <br /> Submit a Site Assessment and Well Destruction Report 15 May 2021 <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the proposed schedule. To maintain <br /> Order compliance, each deadline must be met. Failure to comply with any of these <br /> deadlines will result in this case being recommended for formal enforcement or the case <br /> being nominated to the State Water Resources Control Board's Emergency Abandoned, <br /> and Recalcitrant (EAR) Account Program, as discussed in the NOV. <br /> KARL E.
