(AGI) has prepared this Revised Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan for the Former Hess-Dubois Cleaners site located at 348 West <br /> Harding Way, Stockton, California (site or subject property). This revised work plan was <br /> prepared to address comments provided in the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) letter dated 12 July 2023 (Appendix A). This plan provides <br /> procedures for the advancement of twelve (12) soil borings for the collection of soil <br /> samples; advancement of four (4) soil borings for installation and sampling of temporary <br /> soil vapor points; collection of soil vapor samples from existing wells SV1 through SV4; <br /> and collection of indoor air (crawlspace) and outdoor air samples to evaluate the potential <br /> for vapor intrusion into the residence located south adjacent to the site (1426 North Van <br /> Buren Street, Stockton). The site and the surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1. <br /> Proposed sampling locations are illustrated in Figure 2 and Figure 3. <br /> This work plan was prepared in accordance with CVRWQCB letters dated 21 March and <br /> 12 July 2023 (Appendix A). Soil vapor sampling procedures will be performed in <br /> accordance with Advisory Active Soil Gas Investigations (July 2015), published by the <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Toxic Substances <br /> Control (DTSC), and the RWQCB. <br /> All indoor air sampling field work will be performed utilizing procedures provided in the <br /> DTSC-prepared Final Guidance for The Evaluation and Mitigation of Subsurface Vapor <br /> Intrusion to Indoor Air (Vapor Intrusion Guidance) dated October 2011; and the DTSC <br /> Supplemental Guidance: Screening and Evaluating Vapor Intrusion Final Draft <br /> (February 2023). <br /> 837 Shaw Road • Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> Telephone (800) 51 1-9300 • Fax (888) 445-8786 <br />
