Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />6/24/2025 <br />CP22 - AST Non-Qualified Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 23, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 23987 N HWY 99 , ACAMPO <br /> Facility Name: <br /> LODI AIRPORT <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25404(e)(4) 4010 - Administration/Documentation - General. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility failed to annually submit complete and accurate APSA facility information to the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: On or before January 1, annually, each owner or operator of a tank facility shall submit a <br />facility statement to CERS. Within 12 months following December 17, 2024, and annually thereafter, the owner or <br />operator of a tank facility shall submit the following information electronically to the statewide information management <br />system, called the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The APSA facility information shall include the <br />following: <br />(1) Conditionally exempt from SPCC Plan status; <br />(2) Date of SPCC Plan certification or last 5-year review, whichever is more recent; <br />(3) Total aggregate petroleum storage capacity of a tank facility in gallons ; and <br />(4) Number of tanks in an underground area. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION(S): Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ complete and submit the correct or updated information. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 79 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The checklist was amended <br />by removing violation #74. A complete and final report was issued on 6/23/2025. The report was amended on <br />6/24/2025 to include violation #79.
