Chain-link fence on western and eastern perimeter in bad repair. Two sections on western perimeter <br /> were not intact and five are two feet above ground level. One section on the eastern perimeter had at 4' hole in <br /> it. <br /> Violation: T27 CCR 20530- Site Security- Perimeter barrier in bad repair. <br /> Repair perimeter barrier to discourage unauthorized access. <br /> 2.) A 5' x 6' x 5' pile of lawn trimmings was observed at southwest corner of property. Pile was not actively <br /> composting. <br /> Area of Concern: T27 CCR 20750- Site Maintenance-A large pile of greenwaste was observed on site. <br /> The operator shall implement a preventative maintenance program to keep all aspects of site in a state of <br /> reasonable repair. Remove greenwaste to an approved disposal facility and avoid stockpiling of waste on site. <br /> INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: <br />
