Therefore, the project’s odor impact <br />would be less than significant. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />Based on the analysis above, the project would not result in a cumulatively considerable net <br />increase in criteria air pollutants for which the region is in nonattainment and would not <br />conflict with or obstruct implementation of applicable air quality plans. The project would not <br />expose sensitive receptors to substantial pollutant concentrations and the impact would be less <br />than significant.
