Less-than-Significant Impact with Mitigation Incorporated The potential exists for unknown tribal cultural resources to be discovered during earth- disturbing landfill activities, such as excavation, that could occur in the course of future operational activities. Thus, the project would have a potentially significant impact. MITIGATION MEASURES Implementation of Mitigation Measure CUL-1 (see Section 4.2.5, Cultural Resources) would ensure that any accidentally discovered tribal cultural resources would be treated with proper care during future ground-disturbing activity at the project site. With implementation of Mitigation Measure CUL-1, the project’s potential impact would be reduced to a less-than- significant level.
