Our <br />department has moved to a new database and is experiencing unforeseen difficulties. During <br />this time, our department will consider The Salem Bakery as being open for business with a <br />valid operating permit. If an inspection occurs, The Salem Bakery will not be penalized or cited <br />for not displaying a current health permit.
