a
Job Summary
Job Date : 7/22/2021
• First location at entrance driveway we found a couple of shallow unknown anomalies with GPR at about a foot and
marked in pink paint. Second location near office building was cleared of any utilities/anomalies and marked as
GPRS OK. Last location in the back had two sanitary manholes which looked like some sort of grease trap/oil
separator. Did not see any outgoing pipes leaving them. Advised client to stay out of concrete area to avoid
obstruction from it. Location was moved out to dirt. Electrical anomaly(assuming from nearby electrical boxes) was
detected running through the broken concrete pile and was marked with pink paint as well, running about 1-2 feet in
depth. Client boxed out all locations in white paint prior to our arrival, client was also present during entire scan.
Please refer to utility map for findings and boring locations.
Pictures
Common Utility Locating Limitations
many IMltalions to locating utilities, aye to a variety of factors,w h several
ampler illustratetl M1ere.
Markings:
Single Line=Utility wore' GPRIS not fullyeXectivewitM1in2'of:'
Double Llnes=Possible tluct -Curbs
bank,wide line.or margin -Builtlings
atldetl(Note:iM1e edges ofa .Dense Foliage
duct bank are not intlicatetl) -OtM1er Obstructions
Always dig care,antl
potbole findings before
tllgging witM1ln 2'.
Utility Limitations
TERMS&CONDITIONS
http://www.gprsinc.com/termsandconditions.html
SIGNATURE
E 1 A L
Contact Name
Forest Kan (916)479-0859 forest@frenviro.com
Page 2 of 3
