This HASP was prepared to meet the requirements specified in Occupational <br /> Safety and Health (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency and Response <br /> (HAZWOPER) program, Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. (Geosyntec)'s Health, Safety and <br /> Environmental (HSE) Procedure HSE SOP 301a, and the HSE requirements of the client. <br /> 2. SIGNATURES <br /> 2.1 Preparers and Reviewers <br /> This HASP must be maintained on-site when fieldwork is being performed. The Site Health and <br /> Safety Officer (SHSO) can change or amend this document, in agreement with the Health and <br /> Safety Coordinator (HSC) or Project Manager (PM).
