Record ID#: COVEWFWP8 <br /> ROSEVILLE, CA 95678- Program Element: 2546 <br /> Spill Location: 1000 ROTH RD, FRENCH CAMP Release/Spill Response(excluding Joint Team) <br /> NATURE OF WASTE DISCHARGEIWASTE RELEASE: <br /> 50 GALLON DIESEL RELEASED ON TO TRACK BALLAST IN RAIL YARD. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> Spoke to Juan from Patriot Environmental. Clean-up crew generated Six 55 gallon drums with Oily Debris. Hazardous waste <br /> will be kept on site, 1000 E. Roth Rd.Analytical testing will be performed to determine how to dispose of hazardous waste <br /> and any additional waste generated once clean-up is done. <br /> All generated clean up wastes must be transported according to all applicable manifesting procedures(HSC25160(b)(3)) <br /> and disposed of according to all applicable Title 22 regulations.The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing <br /> thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. <br /> HSC25189.5(a).1 <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> Discharge of any waste, including sewage <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 5411) <br /> Discharge of waste or sewage to water or within 150 ft. of waterway <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Sections 9-1125.3, 9-1125.4) <br /> • Improper disposal of a hazardous waste <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 25189.5) <br /> ° Permitting or Maintaining a Nuisance <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Section 8-5100) <br /> ° Other Violation <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> Investigate and abate contamination under the oversite of the appropriate lead agency. <br /> IMMEDIATELY. <br /> • Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br /> Six 55 gallon drums with oily debris. Including any additional hazardous waste generated once final clean-up is done. <br /> Handle all hazardous waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
