The complaint was still open. Called RP contact Katie SC 544 <br /> Bevier, <katie.bevier@chrobinson.com>, 630-577-1700 Ext. 2013. She said she <br /> had not received any invoice or disposal record. She also did not keep contact <br /> information for the company that cleaned up the spill (NRC). She said that Union <br /> Pacific charged her and that was it. <br /> Called Joseph McGuffin (916-597-5520)who used to work for NRC. He told me I <br /> needed to contact Cody Campbell for more information. Called Cody with NRC at <br /> 510-821-0198. He guided me to Becky Bowman, Hazmat Manager with NRC. <br /> Called Becky at 408-757-5458 and left a message. Sent an email to Katie, Cody <br /> at<ccampbell@nrcc.com>, and Becky at <bbowman@nrcc.com> asking for the <br /> final disposal records. <br /> 06/18/2019 Discussed billing information with Laurie Brown and Katie Beiver (responsible PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 30 min party). Did not charge for trying to find out billing information. SC 007 <br /> Sent Katie the late invoice at <Katie.Bevier@chrobinson.com>. She responded <br /> back wanting to know why there was a later charge. Explained the billing process <br /> to her. <br /> 06/19/2019 Received a call from Becky Bowman, Hazmat Manager with NRC, 408-757-5458. PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 18 min She was not able to find the manifest I was looking for. She said to call her back if SC 544 <br /> 1 found out any more information. <br /> 06/24/2019 Sent an email to Katie Bevier<Katie.Bevier@chrobinson.com> telling her I could PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 12 min not find the manifest. I emailed her the old emails that were sent during the SC 544 <br /> incident. <br /> 07/05/2019 Received an email from Katie Bevier<Katie.Bevier@chrobinson.com> PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 36 min asking about billing and what is needed to close out the complaint. Discussed with SC 007 <br /> Michelle Ozuna and sent a reply back to Katie. <br /> 07/08/2019 Received an email from Katie Bevier<Katie.Bevier@chrobinson.com> asking how PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 30 min to proceed. Emailed her back saying she would need to contact the cleanup SC 007 <br /> company. Sent her the contact information I had. <br /> Received an email from Katie saying: You were mentioning the NRCC completed <br /> the disposal, but from looking further into our system I believe it was Patriot <br /> Environmental. I found a few contacts for them based on the invoice they sent us <br /> so I'm reaching out to them now. <br /> Sent a response to Katie detailing how the compliant is going to be closed. <br /> 07/08/2019 Received the final disposal record from Katie Bevier. Started to abate the PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 18 min complaint (ie gathered compliant form, prop 65, emails...). Will need some SC 544 <br /> information from Elena Manzo before the complaint can be abated. She is the <br /> inspector that responded to the incident. <br /> 07/17/2019 Downloaded inspection pictures, created a picture file. Completed the Emergency PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 60 min Response Record firm, printed out documentation. SC 544 <br /> 07/29/2019 Received the rest of the complaint information from Elena Manzo. Put the PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 24 min complaint together and abated it. Gave to ER Lead Supervisor, Elena Manzo, for SC 007 <br /> review. <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
