Revised: 02/02/2023 5
Job Steps Hazards Actions to Eliminate or Minimize Hazards RAC
4. Site Work and Field Activities - Becoming infected or infecting your
coworkers while working onsite
1. Complete and follow all instructions in ICS COVID-19
Mitigation Protocols and Preparedness Plan, except where in
conflict with this AHA, in which case the more conservative
requirement shall be followed.
2. Maintain 6’ of distance between yourself and everyone else
while working and moving across the site. If this can’t be done,
stop work and contact your supervisor. After discussion,
reschedule work for an alternate time (if necessary).
3. Not enough is known about how long COVID-19 can survive
on materials. Assume that everything you touch has COVID-19
on it. Wear nitriles at all times and remove and dispose of the
nitriles before touching your skin or clothes.
4. If you see anyone nearby coughing or sneezing, stop work and
leave the area.
5. If you begin to feel any of the symptoms of COVID-19,
immediately stop work, notify your coworkers and supervisor,
and go home.
6. If anyone comes within 6’ of you while you are conducting
your work and the nature of your work prevents you from
moving away, politely ask them to move away. If they will not do
so, stop work and leave the area.
7. Wear a cloth face mask at all times unless doing so poses an
unacceptable heat stress risk, local regulations permit working
without a mask, and the work can be done while maintaining
social distancing.
M
NC-25-1137 Tiwana & Sons
1210 East Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA 95210
