Maintain 15 feet <br />away between breaking activities. <br />4. Stay out of the line of fire of equipment. Establish eye contact <br />with operator prior to approaching. Make sure equipment is off <br />and operator has hands off the controls before getting close to <br />the machine. <br />5. Delineate work zone using snow fence, cones, and barricades <br />prior to breaking.
