Conduct a through visual inspection of equipment to ensure <br />blades, equipment guards, controls and drive motor are all working <br />satisfactory. Do not operate broken or damaged equipment. Ensure <br />saw is equipped with a functioning OEM spray nozzle for dust <br />suppression. Conduct functional test of saw prior to mobilization. <br />2. Be aware of sharp edges on equipment when replacing or <br />inspecting saw blade <br />3. Do not place hands between objects that could cause pinching or <br />crushing. <br />4. Ensure that proper tools are installed/mounted to equipment per <br />manufactures recommendations. <br />L <br />2. Use the "buddy system" or mechanical means when lifting more <br />than 50lbs. <br />2. Secure saw properly to forklift or mini-crane prior to placing it <br />into the truck or trailer. Use wheel chocks to prevent saw from <br />rolling if using a hydraulic lift gate for loading. <br />3.
