Do not place hands between objects that could cause pinching <br />or crushing, (beneath heavy tools or between spring-loaded tool <br />cabinet doors). <br />2. Place Shear tool in proper protective box so tip will not <br />protrude and create a hazard, be aware of other tools or items <br />with sharp edges. <br />L <br />4. Demobilize - Slips/Trips/Falls <br />- Inadequate Communication <br />1. Do a final walk through of the work area to ensure all tools, <br />materials, equipment and debris have been removed. <br />2.
