<br />12 <br /> <br />Corporate Office. Additionally, copies of the IIPP, Code of Safe Practices, and other Site <br />Specific Health and Safety Plans (HASP) will be located in ICS field vehicles at job sites or <br />using SiteDocs, a cloud-based Mobile Safety App. <br />X. COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols <br /> <br />ICS implements comprehensive COVID-19 protocols, including preparedness plans, <br />sanitation guidelines, and remote work adjustments. Employees are trained on the <br />applicable procedures relevant to their office or field roles. Multiple policies, <br />procedures, and practices have been implemented to prevent the spread of the virus in <br />our workplaces. <br />By reference, the following documents related to COVID-19 have been published, <br />distributed, and staff have been trained on the content and subject matter: <br /> <br />• COVID-19 Pandemic Preparedness Policy. <br />• COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols. <br />• COVID-19 Reopening Plan for General Office Settings. <br />• COVID-19 Preparedness Plan (for Northern California LCP) <br />XI. Workplace Violence Prevention <br /> <br />ICS has established a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan per CCR Title 8 Section 3343 <br />and Labor Code 6401.9. It includes: <br /> <br />1. Hazard Identification: Routine evaluations and employee input are encouraged. <br />2. Corrective Measures: Immediate response and hazard mitigation. <br />3. Violent Incident Log: Confidential documentation of all incidents. <br />4. Reporting & Response: Clear procedures and non-retaliation policy. <br />5. Training: Annual training on recognition, avoidance, and reporting. <br /> <br />All employees are notified of their rights under this program and are encouraged to <br />report threats or violence without fear of reprisal. <br /> <br /> <br />
