Lot Line Adjustment <br /> PA-2500141 <br /> Legal Descriptions <br /> Parcel A <br /> A portion of the East 1/2 of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 North, <br /> Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, being more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter and run thence South <br /> 00013'30" East along the East line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 60 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to A.
