The San Joaquin
County has no TRI reporting chemicals.
MIP Table 4.1.8 – Narrative Assessments
Attachment E TMDLs
303(d) List Impairments for Mormon Slough from
Bellota Weir to the Stockton Diverting Channel
HUC-10: 1804000303

TRI Reporting Chemicals
• None listed Chlorpyrifos
Group A Pesticides
Chlorpyrifos
Diazinon
Dioxin
Organic Enrichment/Low Dissolved Oxygen
Pathogens
Furan Compounds
Mercury
PCBs (Polychlorinated biphenyls)
DDT (Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane)
• None Listed
Refer to Appendix B for a list of analyzed parameters and sufficiently sensitive analytical
methods in conjunction with a storm water discharge.
4.1.9 Required Monitoring and Applicable Discharged Water Quality Standards
Storm water sample parameters are to be compared for compliance by:
1. Applicable Numerical Action Levels (NALs) listed in Table 2 (see General Permit
Section VII.A);
2. Applicable TMDL based NALs (TNALS) and TMDL based numeric effluent
limitations (NELs) outlined in General Permit Attachment E (see General Permit
Section VII); and
3. Applicable ELGs (see General Permit General Permit Section XI.B.6.g and
Attachment F).
The following table lists the pollutants required to be analyzed by the Industrial General
Permit and Sub-chapter N Section 445.21. Other surface water monitoring and analytes
are required by the facility’s Waste Discharge Requirements (R5-2015-0020). Where a
WDR limit corresponds to any of the IGP required testing, it has been included in MIP
Table 2 with the other regulatory limits for that parameter.
