Foothill Landfill <br />Monitoring Implementation Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MIP Page 23 <br />6.0 Documentation <br />All documentation and information required by the General Permit is to be retained for a <br />period of no less than 5 years. This documentation and information include, but is not limited <br />to, the following: <br />• The date, location and time of inspections, sampling, observations, and/or measurements. <br />• The date(s) analyses were performed. <br />• The analytical techniques or methods used. <br />• The results of such analysis. <br />• Names of the personnel who performed the inspections, sampling, observations, and/or <br />measurements. <br />• A copy of the sample log / sample collection information, including copies of all chain of <br />custody records. <br />• Laboratory final reports that include those items listed in MIP Section 4.3; <br />• Results of the annual evaluation including a facility inspection and a review of the SWPPP <br />and MIP; and <br />• If parts or all of this MIP were not implemented, then documentation is required to explain <br />the reasons why the MIP was not implemented in full. <br />
