No landfill activities
occur in this area. It is classified as
industrial because of the soil borrow
activities. ST-2 is a potential outfall. It
receives flow from this area and the non-
industrial area to the northwest to a low
spot/impound area which has not been
observed to discharge due to its impound
capacity.
Area B – Landfill Module 2A. As of 2019,
storm water runoff is discharged to the
expanded retention pond on the south side
of this module
Area D – Area of industrial activity that
includes landfill module 1 (capped and
inactive) and landfill module 2 (active), the
storage building, fuel tanks and fueling, and
equipment maintenance. Entire area has the
potential for soil erosion. It drains to the
northeast retention basin and the discharge
point for this area is SW-5.
Landfill Module 2 (active and lined) Area E – Northeast retention basin. Receives
storm water runoff from Area D and ultimately
discharges by overflowing/discharging at
Discharge Point SW5 to a seasonal creek.
Retention Basin Area F – Is being excavated for daily cover. It
has small retention basin and receives some
flow from Area D. In 2019, Stockpile C will be
created as a part of the Module 2B project.

A
Non-industrial
Non-industrial
Non-industrial
ST-5
Non-industrial
Soil borrow area
Stockpile C
Landfill gas energy plant
Stockpile A
Landfill module 2 (active with
equipment fueling, maintenance,
waste segregation, and condensate
re-injection and dust control)
Landfill Module 2A

G
ST-2
ST-4 Area H – This area is non-industrial and
includes the scale house / fee entry gate, the
care-taker’s home, and employee and visitor
parking. Water discharges from this area to
Discharge Point SW-6, but starting in Spring
2018, it became a non-industrial area, and will
no longer be sampled or monitored.
Area G – Is the Landfill Gas Energy Plant.
Industrial activities include the storage of oil,
urea, propylene glycol, and landfill
condensate. It receives run-on from the area
north of it and discharges to a small retention
basin located on the south site. The storm
water Discharge Point SW-4 is where water
discharges from the basin into a seasonal
creek.
IGP storm water discharge
sampling and monitoring location
ST-3
ST-2
Non-industrial
Non-industrial
Soil borrow area
Stockpile B
New Landfill Module 2B
Retention Basin

Map Created by
WGR Southwest Inc
Revised 15Jun20.
