Kenny, RG <br />Corrective Action Program Update - 2Q2025 <br />July 11 2025 <br />Page 3 <br />EXTRACTION WELLS <br />SCS continued performing operation and maintenance of the GCCS including extraction wells <br />monitoring and tunning, pipe maintenance, condensate management system inspection and <br />maintenance. <br />Extraction wells monitoring data for the quarter are provided in Table 2 1. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Based on the data collected by SCS, the monitoring, testing, and inspection of the GCCS conducted <br />during the second quarter of 2025 met the CAO requirements for the operation and maintenance <br />of the GCCS at the Landfill. Some of the LFG extraction wells listed in the WDR have been abandoned and new LFG extraction wells have been <br />installed; the total number of LFG extraction wells operating at this time is greater than the number in the WDR. As <br />of this reporting period, Forward operates 248 LFG wells (see Table 2): The abandoned wells include A12-06D, <br />A12-12S, A14-11, A16-13, A17-07, A17-09S, A17-09D, AO56RS, AO61RD, East Manifold Well 09, West <br />Manifold Well 6, West Manifold Well 7, F12-03, F15R-1, F15R-2, F15R-3, FOEW-A06, FOFU05-02, FOFU05- <br />08R, FOA1801S, FOA1801D, FO-A1807, FO-A1808, FO-A1906, FO-A1908, FO-A2022, and FO-A2113. <br />Q2 Corrective Action Program Update - 2025
