The application was accepted by the LEA on July 18, <br />2025. The required public informational meeting was completed on August 26, 2025. <br /> <br />Repeat violation from the April, May, June, July, August inspection reports. <br /> <br />No Areas of Concern <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />1. Tarps used as Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) at active face which was at area six. <br /> <br />2. First truck dumped at active face after 7 am. <br /> <br />3. Observed one bulldozer and a compactor being operated at the active face. Traffic director <br />observed at the active face. Personnel were wearing appropriate PPE. <br /> <br />4. Records were reviewed indicating that Olivera Enterprises shipped 277 cubic yards of <br />green waste off site for retail sale in August. <br /> <br />5. Reviewed the special occurrences log, training record, daily tonnage and vehicle values, <br />and the load check record. <br /> <br />6. Two perimeter landfill gas monitoring wells were measured today. Neither exceeded the <br />5% limit for methane. <br /> <br />SG-22: shallow probe 0.0% methane, 0.1% carbon dioxide, 20.4% oxygen, 79.5% balance; <br />middle probe 0.0% methane, 0.2% carbon dioxide, 20.3% oxygen, 79.5% balance; deep <br />probe 0.0% methane, 0.2% carbon dioxide, 20.3% oxygen, 79.5% balance. <br /> <br />SG-21: shallow probe 0.0% methane, 1.5% carbon dioxide, 19.0% oxygen, 79.6% balance; <br />middle probe 0.0% methane, 0.5% carbon dioxide, 19.2% oxygen, 80.3% balance; deep <br />probe 0.0% methane, 0.0% carbon dioxide, 20.3% oxygen, 79.6% balance. <br /> <br />7. Light rainfall last night, no dust control needed. <br /> <br />8. No erosion observed.
