The PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the LEA, the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval. <br />B.) Remove all items and discontinue the use of the site as storage. <br /> <br />27 CCR 21140 - Final Cover <br />Exposed waste was observed on the eastern, southern, and northern slopes. This is a <br />repeat violation. <br />A.) The final cover shall function with minimum maintenance and provide waste <br />containment to protect public health and safety by controlling at a minimum, vectors, <br />fire, odor, litter and landfill gas migration. <br />B.) Cover the areas with clean soil to avoid exposure of waste and to ensure the <br />integrity of the final cover. <br />27 CCR 20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Erosion channels observed on the southern slope. No exposed waste was observed at <br />the erosion channels. This was previously an area of concern. <br />A.) Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />B.) Provide adequate erosion control. <br />27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Burrows were observed on the eastern, northern, and southern slopes. Exposed waste <br />was not observed at the burrows. This is a continuation of a repeat violation. An office <br />hearing is scheduled on 9/3/2025 at 9am at the Environmental Health Department. <br />B.) Operator is to implement controls to prevent future burrows. <br /> <br />No Areas of Concern <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />1. Site is secured. Vegetation is minimal. <br />2. Some equipment have been removed from the southwest and southeast fence line. <br />3. Trees and rosemary plants have been planted along the southeast fence line.
