The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TACO BELL#34185 as of August 06, 2025. <br /> Open violations from December 12, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#3-1010017-Business plan readily available to site personnel responsible for emergency <br /> response or training. <br /> OBSERVATION: Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information upon request. <br /> Additionally, Employees do not have access to the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information on-site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by <br /> this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br /> unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#4-1010008-Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br /> before the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date,January 15. <br /> -For 2024, CERS Submittal was made on 4/2/2024 which is past the due date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
