The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ESCALON UNIFIED SCHOOL DIST as of September 15, 2025. <br /> Open violations from October 30, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: 55-gallon drum of used antifreeze on site in waste storage <br /> cabinet with an accumulation start date from October 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #68 - 3010 - Administration/Documentation - General. <br /> OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 8/6/2021 within 30 <br /> days. The report was delivered to the business on 8/6/2021. Written response was received by from the business on <br /> 12/29/2021, 145 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require, which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation.
